Hi, I’m Arooj Fatima! I’m the photographer behind Clicks by Arooj Fatima, and I absolutely love capturing those special moments that make life so meaningful, from the first giggles of a newborn to the joyful celebrations of a wedding day.
Having grown up surrounded by rich South Asian traditions, I bring that cultural warmth and soul into every session, making sure your story shines through in every photo. I know how important these moments are because, as a mom of three, I’ve seen how quickly time flies.

What is the booking process?
1. Say Hello
Whether you're still in the planning phase or have all the details locked in, get in touch! We’ll chat about your vision, your needs, and how I can bring it all to life.
2. Bounce Ideas
No idea is too big or too small. Share everything on your mind—locations, outfits, themes, vibes—and we’ll brainstorm together to create something truly special.
3. Make It Official
Once you're ready, I’ll send over a contract, invoice, and a short questionnaire to finalize everything. Sign the contract, submit the retainer, and fill out the questionnaire, and your date is officially locked in!
How and when will I get my photos?
- After your session, I carefully select and edit the best images to reflect the moments we captured together. Your final photos will be delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery. You’ll be able to view, download, order prints, and even share the gallery with friends and family, all in one place.
- Delivery timelines range from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the type of session. For exact turnaround times, please refer to your contract.
Which locations do you provide photography services in?
I’m based in Burlington, Ontario, and happily serve the surrounding areas, including Oakville, Mississauga, Hamilton, Milton, and the Greater Toronto Area.
I’m also open to travel for special sessions or events, so if you have a location in mind, let’s chat and see what’s possible!
Do you offer prints?
Absolutely! I work with a professional photo lab, available exclusively to photographers, ensuring high quality that is not found in ordinary printing shops. I offer prints, albums, and frames of multiple sizes, designs and qualities. Feel feel to enquire about prices and ask for samples!
Where should our session take place?
That’s entirely up to you! I have a cozy studio in Burlington, and I can also book other studios across the GTA if that’s more convenient. If the weather’s nice, outdoor sessions are always a beautiful option too. Just let me know your preference when you’re booking, and we’ll make it work!

What is the difference between a mini session and a full shoot?
Mini Sessions usually have
- A preset location set by the photographer
- Choice of times, set by the photographer, usually stacked in 10-20 minutes
- 5-8 basic edited pictures, option to purchase additional
- Up to 5 people of one family only, (please. enquire for extended family)
- One outfit
- No props or similar props for all clients and sessions
- Promo pricing
Full Sessions usually have
- Location of your choice
- Time of your choice, in 45-minute slots
- 25+ edited images, with option to purchase full gallery
- Suitable for larger groups of people
- Up to 3 outfits, depending on your session type (please discuss beforehand)
- Decor, props and theme customized to liking, depending on the session
- Full session price
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend reaching out as soon as you’ve planned your event or have a date in mind. I typically book sessions anywhere from 8 months in advance to just a couple of weeks out, depending on availability. The sooner you get in touch, the better chance we have of securing your ideal date!
